Direct Connect

Direct Connect establishes end to end network capabilities between NNI of CSP (first NNI provided by IDC hosting the CSP beyond Virtual Instance of a client from egress perspective from the CSP) and NNI of CSP (last NNI provided by IDC hosting the client prior to the client endpoint e.g. CM, VM, BM, branch, etc.).

Direct Connect requires to start from a NNI of CSP within the Internet Data Centre (IDC) hosting the CSP, Meet Me Room of IDC, PoPs of the ISPs, network service providers as per regulatory regime and terminated to the NNI of IDC hosting the client endpoints as described above.

Direct Connect offers end to end visibility, control and interconnection between data centre(s) hosting the CSP and the client. Pico Public Cloud is the first provider of carrier and network neutral Direct Connect service in Bangladesh.

Local Connect

Local Connect establishes end to end network capabilities between Local PNI of a CSP (first physical endpoint beyond Virtual Instance of a client from egress perspective from a CSP) and Local PNI of an ISP (last physical endpoint of an ISP prior to the physical endpoint (metal, branch, etc.) of the client).

Local Connect requires to start from a CSP, traversing through the NNIs of CSP within the Internet Data Centre (IDC) hosting the CSP, Meet Me Room of IDC, PoPs of the ISPs chosen by client, network service providers as per regulatory regime and terminated to the Local PNI of the ISP as described above.

Local Connect offers end to end visibility and control over the network for the client. Pico Public Cloud is the first provider of carrier and network neutral Local Connect service in Bangladesh.
